I recieved this as a christmas gift from my mother. I don't generally like to try or experiment with new chocolates as I am very picky about taste and texture. But as my mom gave this to me and raved about its taste so I thought I'd give it a try. I am so glad that I did!!
At first I had an issue with the texture but I discovered that if you melt it in a couple of tablespoons of very hot water, then add the rest of the rest of the boiling water (or heated milk if you prefer)it makes the texture smooth and delicious!! I have even made the pudding and it came out fabulous!
