The BOB Revolution is the most versatile BOB stroller on the market. What is truly "revolutionary" about the stroller is the pivoting front wheel that swivels for nimble and agile movement. The Revolution turns on a dime, but the innovation does not stop there. The front wheel can lock into a fixed position for jogging or off-road use.

The strong, welded frame is made of aircraft-grade aluminum alloy that is lightweight and durable—weighing 23.6 pounds. The padded, stain-resistant seat is soft and cushy, reclines up to 70 degrees from vertical, and has the standard five-point harness to provide maximum stability and comfort. The full sun canopy provides ample shade and protection from the elements for your little passenger. The canopy window allows you to keep an eye on baby as well. The suspension system sports three-inch coil springs with an elastomer core and two settings for bigger and smaller children, and it has 16-inch semi-slick, all-purpose rear tires and a 12.5-inch front tire. The wheel rims are constructed of high-impact composite polymer, and the hubs feature a quick release axle and cartridge bearings. The caliper handbrake slows the stroller with ease, while the foot-activated "parking brake" is simple and handy. Rating : - Smooth Ride
I bought this stroller a few months ago for my 17 month old and I am very happy with the purchase.

PROS: 1) It rides soooo smoothly, gliding over the bumps in our sidewalks. (I tried my friend's Bugaboo stroller and it didn't handle nearly as well.)
2) Other high end strollers are around $1,000. I think this is a steal at this price.
3) The sunshade is great and I love the "window" at the top so I can see my son. (I love the colors as well.)
4) It is easy to steer with one hand so you can drink from a water bottle and walk or talk on a cell phone and walk.

CONS: 1) It's a huge stroller and it doesn't fold very compactly.
2) The basket is incredibly small and very hard to get to.
3) The back support for the child isn't firm so the child sits slouched in the stroller. (My son doesn't seem to mind this but I wonder if it's healthy for him to be in this position very long.)
4) Some of the newer and expensive brands of strollers allow the child to face you or face out and also sit higher (more at the parent's eye level). The BOB only has the option of the child facing out. Again, my son doesn't mind this but he is older.

Overall it's a great stroller. We just use a smaller umbrella stroller for traveling.
